Table S1 is part of the supporting information of Bulygina et al. (2011). It contains the expected values of BFI*HOST and standard deviations sHOST for each HOST class, and proposed corresponding USDA class. The second column (BFIHOST) contains the theoretical BFI, as calculated by Boorman et al. (1995, page 34) from multiple regression analysis.
